Here's the 5 step system we implemented for MR Building Design from Brisbane
Step 1: The Timesheet
First we custom built a timesheet form and integrated it right into Monday.
This form syncs to a timelog board tailored to MRD's needs.
Step 2: The New Client Form
Next up, the custom new client form.
Integrated directly into MRD's existing Monday systems.
Step 3: The Database
Then, we set up a secure remote database to house all of MRD's Monday workspace data.
The entire system now had an efficient and robust backbone of information.
Step 4: The Gantt Chart
The fun part: We built a uniquely tailored Gantt chart so MRD could easily see upcoming projects.
This chart was linked to existing boards and smoothly allowed for two-way updates.
Step 5: The Data Boards
Finally, we created two new boards that displayed financial information by time and person.
With up-to-date data taken directly from the remote database.
